As a delicious component of our Mix & Match packages, the Cacao Gallery Tour offers a hands-on cultural immersion. You will learn the traditional methods of our ancestors, participating in the process of creating one of humanity's most beloved treats in a fun, interactive setting at our Rancho.

Your journey begins with a stroll through the Rainforest Explorers’ orchard, where the Cacao trees grow in harmony with other tropical fruit trees. Here, you will learn about the agricultural cycle of the cacao pod, how it is pollinated, and how it is harvested sustainably.
Then, we head to the Cacao Gallery and Rancho. The aroma of roasting beans fills the air. You won't just watch; you'll participate! You will help crack the dried pods, grind the nibs into a paste, and mix in ingredients like cinnamon, vanilla, and chili. The grand finale is tasting your creation—from the ceremonial cocoa drink to rich, dark chocolate bars. It's an educational feast for the senses.
